Uses
Food:
It is used as a chemical yeast in baking (breads, biscuits, cookies and cakes) and is included as a food additive under code E-336 / INS-336. This product is used in cooking to regulate sugar crystallization, keeping the surface of sweets drier, so that it does not have a syrupy consistency. Used in sweeteners to reduce the level of residual flavor.
